Most of today’s musicians are focusing way too much on the recording, as they want their albums to sound really great, while they completely underestimate the importance of having really great songs on the record.

SONGWRITING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRODUCTION, AND PRODUCTION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN RECORDING.
