Hook(s) and riffs

There is no rule that prevents you from having really great hooks or riffs in your fillers, although you don’t absolutely need them. While the use of hooks of quite predetermined when writing traditional hits or slows, your fillers allow you to use them in any way you want. You may have no hooks at all, you may have lots of them, they may be repeated several times over the song, or they may just appear once. So you may have hooks in your fillers, but there a no rules on how they will have to be structured, placed, or repeated.
